Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ARabbit, we strive to provide the best experience with our software products. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for all ARabbit subscriptions and products.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
  • Access to the product continues until the paid period expires.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Window: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not actively used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verified technical issue on our end that renders the service unusable and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may request a pro-rated refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: Any accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations after the 7-day refund window for a billing period already in progress.
  • Partial use of a subscription period.
  • Failure to use the service during an active subscription period.
  • Requests citing dissatisfaction that were not raised with our support team prior to the refund request.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@arabbit.in with your account email, the reason for the refund, and any supporting details. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
